Some of my EDITORIAL files of a classical Indian dancer have been deactivated for lack of a 'property release'. Only the dancer is visible, and the background is all solid black ! Property release ?

Images shot on private property needs consent from the property owners, not a property release. You will also be required to mention in your caption the location or where the image was taken. If it's on private property, as mentioned you will need consent.
