I like Payoneer mostly but have a problem with theyr password resetting procedures. Sending you an email + asking some security questions is OK, but one of the questions that one has to answer is the telephone number. I had the payoneer for many years and honestly who knows what my number was 5 years ago. I had many cell phones and prepaid numbers.
I contacted support on Oct. 2 and got the following reply on Oct. 27:
In order to assist you and resolve this matter, per Payoneer's security policy, we request that you provide us with the following details:
1) ID number used for registration (National ID, passport, driver’s license, or military ID). Note: US residents must reply with the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number.
2) Your Date of Birth.
3) Last 3 loads to your card and dates when these loads were performed.
4) Last 3 transaction amounts, dates and merchants where your card was used.
Now questions 3 and 4 are not always easy to answer if you can't login to check your info. We'll see if I fix this or get stuck in bureaucracy.
