GI SALES OCT

I just had a blast of a month on Getty through Istock reporting (GI TAB) ?!?!? How is this possibile! On GI portal I got like 60$ for October and the month before (August) I got over 600$... This month, GI SALES on IStock tab - for me, are enormous!!! 


I love/hate this relationship... I cannot rely on these up-down swings... One month +1000% and the next - 1000%... 


It's great but... @)#*$@# that's the new word for it... Awesome... Can't say "Thank you" cause it's payment for my work but a sort of thank you is here...

I also had a refund through today but not through getty.

i am liking getty....it is making me happy these days.... after the disappointment here on istock....


 


Sometimes i wonder if they are deliberately sending customers to getty.....


 

Regarding up and down with Getty.  The lower the image selling price the more steady the income will be.  Getty RM most volitle, Getty RF less volitle (more steady) Microsotck, very even, no big swings, as long as the number of images is pretty high.  With enough Getty RF it can be pretty steady, 2000 images can equal +- 20% per month, and often more like +- 10%.  This is from someone who has 3000 images with getty and a small insignificant collection on isock.
