I shot this a while ago on a canon camera, shoting in RAW and stiching 7 images together.

I am keen to know whether it will get accepted and what work I need to do to it.  I have crudely cloned some of the sky and appreciate it look terrible in some places but cant make it look much better.  ANy tips would be appreciated.

7 frame stich

Many thanks i stockers!

There is something terribly wrong in the middle of the photo...it almost looks like out of focus with motion blur or very bad rendering using low quality wide angle lens with terrible edge resolution. IMHO I think this is unfixable unless it is a stich error/alignment issue. After looking at it again it looks like a alignment issue, look at the sea level to the left of the island, the horizon line doesn't match.

thanks, It was taken from a moving boat so probably motion blur.  I will just have to go back and reshoot it.  I was my first attempt at a panoramic and the picture clearly has some technical issues.  thanks for the feedback.

You also need to keep close eye on the horizon when sticking

Yes it's waaaaay out of focus, and you'd also need a MR for the topless girl.

Unless these are shark infested waters I would get off the boat and pan with tripod, check the distorions on your lens to figure out the overlap, make sure that tripod is level and shoot away.

And beyond that, the focus of each image needs to be the same. In cmann's crop you can see how the image on the right is out of focus but stitched to the image on the left that is (more) in focus. This happens in a few places across your panorama.

Too much of this image is out of focus/blurred anyway, even if everything else had been more cleanly executed.

Why a pano? You can barely see the topless girl!
