![]() ![]() ![]() Posted Thu Nov 29, 2012 3:25PM | Posted By fotoVoyager: So in order to make sure I receive the correct monies owed to me I have to chase support now? You don't have to contact us as we have already adjusted your account. You were due $1.23 but we actually over paid you $1.32 on June 22. When we noticed our over charge we decide against making a further adjustment to remove the .13 cents we over paid. If there is anyone else who is confused, I know I've said it before but it seems to need repeating, please contact Contributor Relations. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Posted Thu Nov 29, 2012 3:29PM | So, if there are any additional concerns about the Jan 1-4th issue I'm going to direct you to folks in Contributor Relations. This thread is for the folks who have any questions or concerns about the Retro payments related to their attaining the required RC totals for advancement. Thanks. |
![]() Posted Thu Nov 29, 2012 4:18PM | If the records show an overpayment of .13 cents, maybe that's why there are so many accounting problems. That's actually an overpayment of 9 cents. Regardless of the occurrence being recent or from last January, the issue is istock's refusal to provide any information regarding specific images and amounts for us to go back and check figures. We have to rely on istock's word - and istock's word means nothing anymore. There's an explanation/excuse for everkything. Speaking from experience, contacting Contributor Relations does no good. Best of luck to anyone that tries. Now since we can't speak our minds, let's see how long it takes for this post to get deleted and for this thread to get locked. |

![]() ![]() Posted Fri Nov 30, 2012 2:35AM | Posted By Lobo: Posted By benjikat: Posted By traveler1116: Aren't we still owed back payments from January of this year for an incorrect royalty % bug? (Edited on 2012-11-28 16:47:27 by traveler1116) Yes they do - and despite MANY emails back and forth about that, I still have nothing but blatantly incorrect calculations Traveler116 was actually mistaken, and I assume you are also mistaken. So if you could be so kind as to make sure you contact the folks in Contributor Relations they should be able to sort you out. It seems like they have been able to accommodate everyone else so I can't see how they couldn't help you. As I siad, I have had MANY emails back and forth with them, but so far nothing concrete on why the calculations are so wrong. The current position is still that the payment of $0.42 that was made is correct - anyone with a rudimentary understanding of arithmetic can see that it is incorrect. Jan 1-3, I had approx $170 DLs at 30%, which should have been 35%. (yes it's complicated by some Vetta DLs, but clearly far more than 42 cents). I will email again, but am basically facing a brick wall. (btw Is it normal for support tickets to go unreplied to for over a month?) |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Posted Fri Nov 30, 2012 4:20PM | I'm a little confused in how this works. I will not make my credit limit by the end of the year. If I get there in January or February, does my rate go up then? Or will it be delayed again? And do we have to notify someone. I'm sure this has been asked and answered, but for good reasons I've not been able to particpate much in reading or posting. My apologies. It's been a nice year hasn't it Lobo? : |

It's been a nice year hasn't it Lobo? : It resets to 0 at the end of the year, so if you don't make the next level by December 31st, you'll be starting from 0 in January. If you did make the next level before December 31st, you would move up automatically and maintain that rate in 2013. |
