Nothing in regular downloads. The copy indicating 5% was wrong on the email and what the Business Intelligence team actually did is look at what we paid for your downloads during that time period, what we should have paid and sent the difference to Technology for the adjustments. That's what it said under my financial tab, and that's what I posted about here: http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=349213&messageid=6784685 I wish I had saved the number of that file I was referring to. eta: For example, file # 17283448 sold just after midnight 22/23 and netted me $2 for a medium, when a small Thanksgiving (12/22) morning netted $5.60. eta: Here's another: 10018657 I'd have more, but they've all sold since then and I can't find them, since I'm just stepping backwards in my_uploads. After reviewing my downloads for these days, I have determined that I was definitely effected by this error. Are you still reviewing this issue, or should I open a support ticket? |

We are still in report phase right now. We will have something pushed in the new few weeks that will address the royalty issue that occurred on the 22/23 of November. |

I see the manual adjustments made to your account. If there is a discrepancy you need looked at please do contact Contributor Relations. At this point we should have all the payments updated. I'll check with HQ in the morning but it's my understanding we should be clear of it. |

I can see all the payments for those two days on your account. The total adjustment for Dec 20 was a difference of $273.33 on the 21st the difference in royalties equalled $51.63. That would make it a grand total of $326.26 for both days. For clarity the first adjustment was for regular downloads, the second was for the EL you received during the 20 hour period in which the bug was still occurring. So if it's an issue of the amounts not being what you expected rather than you not getting your payment I would be happy to better understand what you are talking about. Saying you didn't get your payment isn't factual so let me know what is up. |

I only received an email about the $51.63. Never anything more. Without notification, I have no way of noticing if something was put into my account balance. My CSV file for December shows an admin adjustment of $664.46, but I cannot break it down by days so I wouldn't know if it was deposited. So, if you have checked and found that the amount was entered despite my not receiving an email, I will consider it closed. |

There are multiple issues here: 1) the adjustments getting lumped together as an unknown entity, 2) the dates of adjustments and what they were for, 3) retractions previously made on previous erroneous adjustments, 4) the original payouts that were wrong, 5) Emails are not exactly a highly recognized accounting record. Can we get a ledger accounting page please? |

I haven't received any emails yet and I know that I had sales during that period of time that were paid at 25% instead of 40.
