License question

Hi! Please help me with question - I bought standard license to a photo and heavily photoshoped it (made an illustraion from it). Can I sell an non-exclusive license to a third party for an illustration I made using photo with standard license?

I don't think so according to the CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT


4. Standard License Prohibitions


10. sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or otherwise transfer or distribute the Content or the rights granted under this Agreement;

If you are a 'designer' doing work for a 'client', you are fine. You can't, however, upload and license it here, for example.

You can not sell it here (World of Getty) under a "royalty-free" license for illustration or image, unless you get a property release from the owner of the original image.
