It looks they ran into a little script glitch. We are hoping to  have that sorted this morning and start up the payments again. I'll let you know once I get another update.

So is the 'adding to lightbox' issue being investigated? I don't see it added to the list and several contributors have reported the same problems. I'm not sure if this has been dismissed again. Do we need to keep reporting this?

Hi,

As always, and as spelled out in tedious detail in the OP, the best way to report any suspected bug is by opening a support ticket, but I shall add it to the OP for you.

It´s not a question of things being dismissed, but given the many thousands of buyers and contributors who add thousands of files to lightboxes everyday and there being only you reporting a recurring issue with it, I can't guarantee it will be at the very top of the Dev teams priority list. But I´m sure it will be looked into.

I got my e-mail about the royalty adjustment and I think it has several errors. A file that I don't think was affected was included in the list, while one that was affected wasn't included. The royalty adjustments seem to have been incorrectly calculated. For example, my Vetta video rate got dropped from 36% to 32% but a Vetta HD720 video which was paid to me at $73.10 only had an adjustment of $0.35 - by my calculations it should have been $9.14.

Hi,

For any follow up info on this issue - please refer to this thread in the Discussion Forum:

Thanks.

Thanks for letting me know it'll be looked into Kelvin.

For the record, I did open a ticket about this issue several months ago but never heard anything back - I'm so used to that so don't even bother with CR tickets anymore. And I'm not the only one who has reported experiencing these problems with the lighbox interface - just take a look in this thread - and I'm sure there are many more people having issues with it that can't be bothered to post in here or open CR tickets.

Hi,

As you can see in the OP, I referenced yours and the posts made by others experiencing problems with adding files to lightboxes. Issues such as this, that only seem to affect a small minority and which cannot be easily reproduced often prove tricky to resolve, so thanks for reporting it and opening a ticket. Any additional detail from anyone to help identify what may cause it is of course welcome.

Just to add that two of my vetta files disappeared from Getty several weeks ago. Still no sign of them. Just to let you know that it didn't happen only to E+ files but Vetta too.

Hi,

There is a discussion covering all aspects of the mirroring of content to Getty in this thread here:

Vetta/Agency/E+ at Getty Images 2012

Please add any relevant comments there.

Thanks

I know this is not a major problem, plus it only concerns French contributors, but like all the bugs are listed here I mention ...

In English on the page for each photo, the title appears correctly:

However, when istock site is in French, the title does not appear and is replaced by a few keywords related to the image:

Hi,

This issue has been reported and looked into before. HQ stated that this was not a bug or accidental happening.

Thanks. I'll leave it for Jim or any of the other video admins to field in that thread then.

Not sure if this is widespread or just one person having issues, but I wanted to report this here just in case it is affecting others as well (I also submitted a support ticket).

I sent out a referral e-mail earlier today to a few people and one of them told me that they have tried over 5 times to download an image and it is not working.  They said that the system tells them that the download was completed successfully, but then on the next screen it shows that he still has the credits and there is no record of the download in the history page (and there is no picture on his iPad).  I think he has now given up.  Not sure if this happens to buyers often or not - or if it is related to the referral process - but this isn't a good thing.  Obviously it can't be TOO widespread or else we would have heard about it - but I just wanted to report this just in case.

It looks like you will loose hyperlinks when you edit a forum post. I thought it was me the other day but PaCondryx confirmed it in the PTOTW thread

I have files which don't register downloads in the file close up page.

For example, this file had a Regular Download on Sptember but shows 0 downloads.

file_thumbview_approve

Also, this file (and many others) shows 7 downloads in the close up page but only had 6 total dls.

I am worried that some sales aren't properly registered.
