This time they are very firm on not adjusting the RC levels at all.

That could well happen... But REPEAT: nobody should drop a level, this year or ever as far as I am concerned.... Maybe not go up, but NO drop!

I think they already told the targets will not be reduced this year

So here we are. Another contributor has taken it upon themselves to open up and talk about their account openly in the forums only to have a handful of people point out that they are doing it wrong. Well, maybe they are maybe they aren't but threads like this only breed trolls, sarcasm, and hurt feelings.

So how about we all learn from this and avoid opening similar threads like this in the future. (Ha)
