25/168 limits

Hi, Could someone tell me how this works?


So it's 25 every 7 days. Does that mean after 7 days I can upload another 25 or do I have to wait till they have been reviewed?


Is it a rolling 7 days or 25 every 7 day week?

It's up to 25 files uploaded in 7 days. So if you upload 25 in 1 day, you have to wait 7 days until you can upload again.


But if you upload 3 or 4 every day over 7 days, you can upload another 3 or 4 on the eighth day, and so on!
