Sensor spots

I forgot to erase the sensor spots and the image has been accepted in the istock main colection. I think it looks unaccetabil. Can I replace it or do I need to deactivate and then uploud it again? Sorry for my bad english. Thank you.

As far as I know, there is no way to replace image. You need to deactivate it and reupload.
