I have photos which were approved 6 weeks ago and still have zero views. When I search for the photo using search terms from the photo itself, the photo is not one of the results. When I click on one of the keyword links on the file itself, it doesn't bring up the same file. In some cases it even returns zero matches. So, essentially, there is no way for a customer to find the file. As I said, 6 weeks after approval. This is the case with a few of my files.
This isn't a case of BM placement or anything like that; it's a case of NO placement. There is literally no way to find the photo using the search terms.
Can someone tell me what is going on? Thanks, Kate

What is the file number? I doubt anyone can explain anything to you. Things are really wonky around here.

There have been issues reported with views not registering for several months. This has been reported and confirmed in the bug thread. If you let us know the file number, we can take a look into it, but not having views stats does not necessarily mean that anything is particularly wrong with that file.

Thank you Kelvin, however as I said it is not simply a file view issue. The issue is primarily that when using search terms that are contained in the file, I am not able to find my file on iStock. So, for example, if I have a photo of an apple with a keyword "fruit", searching for images with a keyword of "fruit" does not pull up my image. Does this make sense? Here is one of the files in question:
Again, it is not simply that there are no views logged. It is also not possible to find the image using any of the keywords of the image, rendering it completely unsaleable on the site.

OK so I am now able to find the file using certain keywords in the search window, but oddly enough clicking on some of the keywords in the file fail to bring up the same file. So, the plot thickens.
