Hi.. I've uploaded an illustration not long ago and have noticed 0 view counts. I've tried searching for the image via the image number (#22055490), while it came up on firefox, it showed me the error 404 page on Internet explorer.
I'll appreciate it if you guys could help me test this? Otherwise I might need to report this to istock.
Thanks! and have a nice Christmas!

Just did a quick test on an ipad and it came up with a 404 error too. Not sure what would cause it to show up in one browser but not another, unless Firefox was just serving up a cached page. Have you by any chance opted it into the partner program?

Images are reported missing from iStock a lot and pretty much every time we look into it, it's an exclusive who has opted a new file into the partner program, and as its a new upload, that means it isn't available on iStock. So again, please check that first, there's no need to ask for it to be reprocessed.

Thanks for trying it out. Just as you said kelvinjay, I have opted for the partners program and this applies to a few of my other newly uploaded files. So what should I do in this case? unop for the partners program? Please advice.
Thanks again and happy end of the world day. Perth Australia is still pleasently sunny so far, fingers crossed.

For exclusive contributors, images newer than 18 months can only appear in one place, either on the PP sites or on iStock. You have to choose where you want them. You cannot have them available from PP sites and iStock until more than 18 months after uploading them. You can choose to individually opt files in or out of the PP.
Please see the PP FAQ in the PP forum here for more info:
