This file was rejected with no resubmit. It was for the standard over filtered/over processed and for the lighting rejections. I'm not arguing with them, but in an image like this, can someone point out where these things apply so I'll know how to process similar images in the future? Thanks and Merry Christmas to all.

It looks like, in you effort to reduce the graininess of a dark image, you used too much smoothing.

I would avoid such images in the future like this. It just isn't something that looks like it would be useful, even captured so it is in focus.

Sorry for the late reply. Our electricity has been out for 4 days and just came back today.

and, that light design is most likely copyrighted for which you need Property Release.
