My newly uploaded videos are not being processed from the FTP server. The files have been there for a few days now.

Try the video forum, there's a thread about FTP uploading.

Indeed.

There is a sticky thread at the top of the video forum titled FTP Upload Problems.

You should be able to find an ongoing discussion and relevant info there.
