Do the video TV icons (cannisters) for achievement level still change. I ask because I achieved 250 downloads on the 14th December and still have the original TV icon. I asked customer service and they replied saying that the do not update the servers minute by minute. I'm currently at 251 downloads and still not bronze.

I thought that but it has been 8 working non holiday days, so I did wonder if this was broken?

It took mine around two weeks to change so hang on a bit longer Congrats on the change

Mine changed only after a day or two. I think that was in November? It took the ftp sever weeks to upload new files so maybe something is up? It's the holidays too I guess so that could slow things a little!
