resubmit for caption

Please clere why we must made a full resubmit of editorial shots rejected just for a captioning? It is a unuseful wasting of time and traffic, and also require the upload slot. Can You made just caption editing possible in this case?


 


Also, is a bad idea to lock uploaded but not revised shots for a caption editing. It exclude a possibility to correct amy caption mistakes withouth resubmitting a photo. Why?
