Since the interface changed to include the option of buying using cash, the location where the download button appears is perpetually showing a spinning wheel on my corporate PC. Images are hence no longer downloadable at work, where I need to buy images. My colleagues experience the same on their respective PCs. The issue seem to have been resolved a few weeks ago (meaning the button loaded) but has since recurred.
My company is using Windows XP and IE7.
I've earlier written to iStockphoto on this problem but did not receive a reply.

It may be IE7 that is problem. I've seen the perpetual spinning wheel on some other websites when I've tried to run certain actions. Would your IT department let you download Chrome to use that as your browser? I've found that to be a work-around when I'm having trouble with IE9.

Thanks KLSbear. I'm afraid we can't get Chrome as it is a corporate PC.
I've however found a (rather silly) way around it. I search images on my PC, then log-in on my iPhone to buy them, then access my account's download history on my PC again to download. It is a pain and doesn't always work (iStock's download history sometimes lag). But until iStock manages to find a way to make its website work well with IE7, I guess that's the best option if I need to buy images fast.
