I'm unable to submit a scout ticket. The page just refreshes, leaving all my data. I tried both IE and firefox.

I just managed to send a test ticket to Scout without any issue using FF and I got email confirmation from iStock about 2 seconds later. A common issue is people sometimes miss off data from a required field, which is marked with an asterisk *

I figured out the problem. the image wasn't completely rejected. It was flagged as needing model release and on my uploads it says upload release. Not sure how to send a ticket to scout about the release problem though.

OK. Since I was the one who reported that FaceBook sharing was not working in July 2012 it might as well be me who reports that Twitter and LinkedIn are now not working either.

Apt.

Thanks for reporting it. smile

The buttons are working again, including the Facebook button. Nice!

Yeah, all seems to be working there now.

I'm not sure the Facebook link is 100% working as it was before.  I can link fine to my personal page but it won't allow me to post to my "Rob Mattingley Photography" page (which I used to be able to do).  Still, definitely a step in the right direction - thanks!

Site login only works infrequently and randomly using IE7 and Win XP.  Clicking any link then logs me out again.

I have reported this to Support but I'll report it here as well, just to be sure.

I checked my portfolio at Thinkstock, using my full name between "  ".
Files transferred to Thinkstock for the Partner Program show up incorrectly at Thinkstock. Looking at the thumbnail previews, most of my files appear to be cropped to a quarter of the original image.

See example below:

Hi,

Thanks for opening a ticket, I am sure support will look into it.

Issues with the partner program are usually best reported in the PP forum.

I looked at your Thinkstock PF and also saw the thumbnails looked rather mangled. Hope they can sort it out for you quickly.

Is site speed no longer considered to be an issue - I am still finding it painful to use the site - initial search results are being returned quick enough, but I am having to wait nearly 10 seconds for a file close up page to load?

I am still seeing this - both from my mac at work (and the other people in the studio) and from home; 5-10 second lag when trying to view a file CUP.

Is it just me?

"Is it just me?"

No, certain views are fine, clicking on a members name or 'latest downloads', that sort of thing, takes ages.

Hi Noedelhap,

This is a known issue, for some reason certain vectors aren't generating the right previews on TS. We're looking into what could be causing the problem because right now it seems to affect files at random.

In the meantime, I've got a list of file IDs that have corrupted thumbnails that I will be passing onto TS for reprocessing. If you could sitemail me a list of the original iStock file IDs I can add them to my list. Thanks!

Not sure if it's a bug or just a change, but the personal blog page is not displaying lightbox banners anymore. Only when you click on the "more" link the banners become visible. Not an improvement in my opinion.

Can we add this as a bug - the blog page is the first tab buyers see in an artist's profile if they haven't clicked any other and so an important marketing tool. If you close it down it's no use to anyone.

Could adding a line of text at the top help? That is, something like

My lightboxes:

Followed by your usual UBB code links.

Looking through several profile pages, the only ones that seemed affected were ones I saw that just had image links for lightboxes and no other text preceding it.

When I combine text and images, only the text is displayed (withouth expanding using the "more" link). Even when I put text like "images lightboxes" followed by my image banners and than a text "video lightboxes" followed by the video banners, only the texts are displayed.

My UBB code looks like this:

-------
My Lightboxes:

(url=http://www.istockphoto.com/search/lightbox/10186906)(img)http://www.svdwfotografie.nl/istockphoto_banners/Sportscars.jpg(/img)(/url)
-----------
replaced [ and ] for ( and ) to make it visible

Ok. I'll have more of a look into this later today. I'm not saying there isn't an issue but, development priorities being what they are, I don't see this as being likely to get much priority, so was hoping there maybe a homespun solution or work around that would allow the links to all show up again with a minor bit of tinkering.

It used to be that if you put too much into one blog post then it shrank it down to 'more', but they've changed a parameter to make it shrink down all the time now. Just ask for that parameter to be changed back. It's a five minute job.

I cannot get my lightboxes to load properly. I´vé´tried safari and firefox (mac user)

sometimes the images will display, but most of the time I just get a list of files with titles, but no images.

Can you please post some links to the affected lightboxes?
