I looked at your Thinkstock PF and also saw the thumbnails looked rather mangled. Hope they can sort it out for you quickly. Actually, I emailed support a while ago, and they told me they'd add it on to the bug reports list. Nothing happened. I also posted a topic (months ago) on the PP forum, but no one replied. Hi Noedelhap, This is a known issue, for some reason certain vectors aren't generating the right previews on TS. We're looking into what could be causing the problem because right now it seems to affect files at random. In the meantime, I've got a list of file IDs that have corrupted thumbnails that I will be passing onto TS for reprocessing. Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, this is the page: http://www.istockphoto.com/browse/latest/editorial/ Previously it would sometimes show creative content, but a page refresh would then show the editorial files. It was recently tested by several users on multiple browsers and it seemed the issue had been corrected. When I check it now, everything looks fine i.e. I see only editorial shots. My canister hasn't been changed for days. I have more than 250 dl photo but still 18/168 upload limit. I contacted support a few times and was told it's bug so they couldn't help me.
