although I'm opted out from PP, I've found 146 files on ThinkStock, found when I entered my last name in search

I've registered there, created a lightbox and sent it to artists@istockphoto.com, and Caylene was kind to forward deactivation order to TS, and files were deactivated within 48hrs. 24hrs after about 5-6 new files of mine came up in search, they werent there before for sure, because they weren't in my selected lightbox. I thought I might missed them, reported again to Caylene, and they all were deactivated quickly. Now I'm absolutely positive couple of more new came up AGAIN, I couldn't have missed all of them twice.

There must be a bug or something that's still channeling files to PP, so could you please check it? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for letting us know. I've not seen any reports yet of this being a wider issue, but I shall pass the message on.

Hi, I have opted in, 2 months ago, to the Partner Program, but I still can't find my file on any partner sites.
Someone else is having the same issue ? Shall I write to contributor relations about it ? Tks much.

If you check the Partner Program forum you will see you are not alone.

Okay, this is a bizarre one! I'm not sure if it is happening to anyone else, but it has happened to me two days in a row so I thought I'd report it.

After adding a file to several private lightboxes, I can no longer scroll up or down using my mouse - I have to use the arrow keys.  As soon as I hit the back button, I can scroll on the previous page (so it isn't my mouse from what I can tell) - and I could scroll before adding the file to the lightboxes.  Very weird.  As I said, this has happened to me twice now with different images on different days.  I am using a Mac and Firefox 18.0.1.  Definitely not a high priority issue...

Vector illustrations haven't been indexed today at the usual time, and when they indexed yesterday, only 1 new page appeared.

I just had another image accepted so I tried again using Internet Explorer on a PC instead - and sure enough, adding files to several private lightboxes disabled the scrolling ability of my mouse.  Very bizarre!!

OK, this sounds fun, I'll have to try it...

OK. As your files were newly accepted, I'm guessing they weren't indexed and you weren't adding them to lightboxes from a search page / portfolio page, although I tried this for about 20 files added into a LB and got no frozen mouse. I tried working from the my_uploads page, opening the FCUP in a new tab and adding the files to lightboxes, this is the way I usually add my own newly accepted files to LBs. Again, I tried about 20 files added to a LB and could not reproduce the issue.

This was on PC using FF18.0.1 and IE - whatever the latest version is. Maybe someone on a Mac could try and see if they can reproduce the mouse scrolling issue.

Thanks for trying Kelvin.  Not sure what the "magic number" of private lightboxes is as I had one accepted this morning and put it into three, and the issue didn't happen this time like it did the previous two times (which had four LBs I believe).  Oh well, it is by no means a big deal either way as clicking back fixed the scroll issue, I just thought it was worth mentioning in case it was affecting others.

Ah. I only added them to one test LB. Will try with multiple ones when I get the chance.

Yay! I managed to get the scroll bug! Now let's hope the team can fix it.

Yeah - the screen was too long to fit on my monitor - and I could see the usual scroll bar on the right side of the window - as soon as the pop up box appeared to choose which lightbox I wanted to put the file in, the bar vanished - meaning I couldn't scroll with the mouse, but could still use the keyboard up and down arrows.

No idea why it's intermittent though.

ETA: will be going through all the bugs this weekend to produce the next monthly thread and will add it to that.
