If I have $70 in sales, how can I only have 5 RCs?

Because RC stats don't update in real time, unlike sales? Because you could have PP sales which add to your balance but not your RC total? Was all the money earned exclusively in 2013?

As with all matters of sales details, only support can offer you the definitive answer to specific questions. I would recommend opening a ticket to get a real answer to your specific case, rather than guesses on the forum.

It was for Jan. 1 & 2. So that would probably be the reason? Just for reference - what would the RC be on say $100 of sales as an estimate. I'm still not quite sure how it is figured re: net and gross sales. And I sure don't understand why it would be based on net sales, which means gross minus expenses. What costs are we paying for? I don't recall from the discussions about it. Or if you can direct me to someplace that answers that. Thanks

RC depends on the CREDITS used to buy the pics, NOT the number of $$'s. Take a look at the sizes of the files bought and add up the number of credits that were used.

Where/how do fiind the amount of the credits used? When I click on the toal royalties for the file it gives me the size and the royalty amount.

Go to the file Close-up page and click on Credits if $ USD is shown and you should see this

RC currently showing in stats at the moment are the one from January the 1st only, at least for me, and they are correct. Probably tomorrow we'll see january 1 and 2 total.


ETA: January the 1st WITHOUT subscriptions.
