Hi! I don't know if everybody is the same... but after uploading some tracks in the beginning of december, it's very frustrating to see that most of them have 0 views after almost a month. Is this normal, and it's how everybody does with new files? I wasn't able to upload nothing for almost a year, and I rememebered this didn't happen before. Are the views count correct and working? Or is it just that new files don't get exposure?

Most of my files have 0 views. They appear in the search for BM very far back. For example, 5 Views 4 downloads on place 400 in BM. New files, the same. That`s very bad.

So, are they broken or not? I don't know what to think after seeing the post in the main discussion forum where the sales have dropped dramatically since september and going worse month by month... Now I have time to work hard and increase my portfolio, but if things are not going well and if the view count is accurate, then.... it might be not worth it.

There are some view errors that we are trying to figure out. Some views are being counted but others are apperantly not. We even see some people get sales on files that have 0 views.

So, they are broken... that's a relief that gives hope. Thanks!

We believe that only a certain type of view is broken, we think that this accounts for 25-30% of audio views.
