Support Removed All Files From The PP

I asked to have about 7 images removed from the PP that I had checked the box for them to be removed a year ago but they never were and just recieved a reply that all my files were removed (except of course the ones I wanted).  All the files from my username were removed while none of the one I requested which show up under my real name were removed.  Can someone do something to fix this hopefully faster than going through support.

Graham, this was an unfortunate mistake and Contributor Relations will handle it as quickly as possible. You are already in discussions with support so there really is no point posting here.
