Keywords have disappeared!

/Some of my top files have had their keywords completely replaced with a few unrelated words. This has completely stopped sales on the files. They are my most regularly downloaded and reliable files. I discovered one a few weeks ago and changed it back thinking it was a one off but just discovered another one. It's keywords have been changed to - Technology, Circle, vertical, speaker, nobody, white, background, studio shot, single object, color image, illustration and painting.


Has anyone else had this problem? It's obviously really worrying as I've been missing out on sales, potentially a high number. I have no idea how long it's been going on for and which files are affected. I've contacted iStock about this directly.

OMG.. That's an alert.. I don't even want to look at my files

maybe it's some kind of bug related to the new feature "wrong keyords? tell us". Wait for admins for any suggestion.

I noticed this also on one of the first files i tried. I have to investigate this further this evening. I hope istock is looking into this, too.

I went through some of my files.. All were clean.. Let's hope i don't have any such.. And i really hope Your files will be fixed ASAP guys!

• What keywords
• What files are effected
• When did you notice the problem
• Can you reproduce the bug? if so how?
• OS version & Browser Version you are using.
• any other pertanent info. 

Checked 100+ more files of my portfolio. I didn´t find another file with "lost keywords".

Pug, what if we don't even know that we have such files? I mean it's hard to check ~1500 files..

Bugs like this can only be found by all of you. Because of the rarity of these bugs there is little chance that you are effected. Just keep this bug in mind when you are doing portfolio maintenance.
