Hi, I recently uploaded a couple of images of a product in a window display, taken from the street, through the window, outside of the shop. After an initial rejection for my captioning, upon re-submitting I then got a further rejection (with no resubmit) for the shot being taken on premises. which it wasn't. I've since scouted the files, but I fear the turnaround time will be so long compared to the initial inspection (under 12hrs) that it will impact on the usefulness of the files.

Can/should I just resubmit or do I have to sit it out with scout?

AFAIK re-submitting rejected files is frowned upon. I seem to remember a discussion about time-sensitive images, but cannot remember what the conclusion was - sorry.

ETA - I checked back in the forum - a sitemail to Henk (subman) was the suggested action.
