Videos Disappeared off Getty

I had video files on getty (not too much ~10 vetta and ~15 non vetta) - and they disappeared too...
Forrestbro: go to gettyimages, write your name in the search input field betweeen 'single quotes', check the video checkbox and make a search - this should list your video files 

I know how to check, It's just that I don't check very often, so I have no idea of how many videos I should have to be able to tell if I have any videos missing.

Looks like I have 4 videos on Getty now...cool. Why is the pricing on Getty drastically different for my videos?

Ok, still nothing happen. I am counting sheep now...

All my videos have disappeared too.

sigh! No update, 179 still there, 90% gone. Jim, Jim, Jim...

My videos have also disappeared. I've just noticed it by chance. I don't know for how long they are missing.


Should I check every day if my files are present at Getty or not?


 

I've just checked again, and 3 more of my videos have vanished since last week.


Please can we have an update on this

All my videos disappeared from Getty...it's really "great" to be exclusive contributor here

I am very upset about this ongoing problem and I have been disappointed by this for quite a while now.

I have no idea when this problem will be sorted out, I have lost sales, and I have lost hope. The main thing that disappoints and angers me is that for other members, when their footage is approved on istock, it is immediately uploaded onto getty images. However my files are not showing there. The few old files that did show up have disappeared.

Footage which I uploaded to iStock even around 6 months ago is still not showing on Getty Image so this is not any kind of delay. Whether they were uploaded last week, last month, or 6 months ago, my footage does not show on Getty whatsoever. However for other users who upload, it appears their footage shows there immediately.

What can I do about this? Or am I just an unlucky exclusive member?

I also have almost half missing there...

what is even worse is there is no explanation as to what is happening .... that really saddens me.....

Wow TwilightShow this is exactly my greatest problem too. With drastically falling sales we all really need our Getty income. Why on earth it takes so long I have no idea? and for the lucky few who get immediate upload, that's going to help them out so much in these dark bleak times!


Not even my Vetta files from 6-8 months ago have been added and I thought these were a sure thing! PLEASE CAN WE GET AN ANSWER ON WHEN OUR FILES WE BE PORTED OVER!!! I"M REALLY BEGINNING TO COUNT ON MY GETTY INCOME TO BOOST UP MY ISTOCK INCOME.... PLEASE!


Ive never used full caps so much as the above. But if you could hear me I would be shouting / pleading! Im begging on my knees!!!!

I emphasized this situation that we are all in numerous times...
And nothing.
It's hard to even withdraw money at the end of the month for me now, that's how awful things have become here. 

Wow !! So irritating ! I've just found right now that clips in the latest video upload section are already available at Getty !! (section istockfootage of Getty, sorting by newest) And no news for us...

Just to add some positive...all my videos appear to be on Getty now. Now the true test is will they sell there. I guess I have to wait a month to know. Hopefully they will stay.

That's a very good news ! Nothing added for me but it should means that the issue will be solved soon for all (hopefully...).

Is it possible that they are solving this problem one contributor at the time?
that's going to take a while
