Keywords removed from Agency files

Hi there!

I just noticed that these two images have had the keyword "dog" removed. These two images are mirrored on Getty and over there they do contain the keyword "dog".

Has anything gone wrong during the transfer to Getty? I believe "dog" is an important keyword for these two images. How could I get it back?

This is odd but first a few observations. 


1) Both files have the maximum 50 keywords allowed on the IS site. Files have no KW maximum on GI.com thus enabling other terms to display. Unfortunately that doesn't why terms were cut from your files on IS. 


2) Dog (Canine) is the same place in both the GI and IS vocabs so there wouldn't be any reason why it would be on the GI file and not the IS file post-transfer. Model tracking tags aren't used on GI.com so don't expect to see them there. 


3) The first file had the KW Two People applied so I've deleted that and added Dog. The second file had Mid Adult, Young Adult and Mature Adult so I've deleted the one that doesn't apply Mid Adult and added Dog.
