/I recently purchased an iPad.
At the Apple Store and discovered this application: "i$tock Contributor Application". I think it's an excellent App and very helpful but I'm afraid to use my password in a App that is not official. I worry too much? It is reliable?

I've been using it on my iPhone and iPod touch since about 2010. It seems to work well and I trust it with my pass word. In fact, I check it more often than the offical istock app. Hope this is helpful.

it has worked fine for me. Agree with timnewman, seems more accurate the the official "iStockphoto" app.
