Ok folks, here is an issue: I've recorded 1920x1080 30fps HD vid, processed in AE, but while processing and choosing an appropriate codec from the list, the program
warned me about resizing it into 1280x1080, and that is not what IS accepts. Which of the codes should I use or how should I go about the problem?

Select Photo - JPEG near the bottom of that list and put the compressions slider to around 96%


Your movie should be submitted with a .mov extension.

Thank you for your 'vision' . I've had quicktime movie before, but Phoyo -JPEG seems to have been the key. Also your note about the compression was helpful, as with a 22s video the difference between 100% and 96% was a massive 500MB! [803mb v 330MB for the latter]
