Good Morning,

While attempting to upload pics with Deep Meta, it is impossible to add keywords. I get this error message, "4004 - Denied:  You do not have the correct access level to use this class."

Help!

All the best.,

John

You don't have a canister by your name, which suggests you're not an accepted contributor yet. That's likely your problem.

If you're uploading images as part of applying to be a contributor, you'll have to stick with the website upload process until you're accepted.

Hello,

I don't have a problem but a question and since DeepMeta says start here first I am here.

I am about to get a new computer and want to know if there is a way to transfer Deepmeta data such as model releases, keywords, etc to the new computer.

Basically I want to know if once an image, its keywords, and a model release is loaded into Deepmeta the data is saved somewhere on my computer.

Does DeepMeta keep the information internally or does it have a link to a location on my computer where the data (image, its keywords, associate model release, etc) are stored?

What is the best way to restore DeepMeta on a new computer? I know it can always capture what is happening on my portfolio in iStock.

Thanks for any information.
