Exclusivity status not changing

Hi,


Does anyone know how long it takes to get your exclusivity status changed to non-exclusive, once your 30 days of waiting are up?


My number of days left as an exclusive went down from 30 to 1 on http://www.istockphoto.com/sell-stock-photos-exclusivity.php.


Now I should be non-exclusive, but my status has changed from "1 day" back to  "video exclusive contributor" and my exclusive icons are all still there.


I emailed support a little while ago, but they haven't got back yet....


I think I've heard of this happening with someone else. Is it normal? And does it mean I can't go online anywhere else yet?

Well, if your 30 days is up you are legally free to upload somewhere else.

YEs, I think so, and well... I also think that you could do anything you want since iStock is the first one not respecting the law!

Still no change, maybe the count-down is wrong by a day or something..... I guess I should wait till business hours and then see....


Problem is I don't remember exactly what time I cancelled it...

No, they didn't send me a message when I cancelled.... Hope that doesn't mean that they have no record of me cancelling

I can't see your crown, looks like you're free, have you tried flushing the cache on your browser?

Exclusive videographers have never had crowns, they have a clapper board icon.

I confirm there has been NO email sent to me when I cancelled my exclusivity. It's not like a support ticket...

So at least there's not always an email sent -


Just tried emptying the cache, but its not chaned anything - looks like I'll have to wait a bit.

Sorry guys. I have checked and haven't found my email neither... I probably confused it with a file deactivation email.

Ok, as it seems we have an answer to that question now, two days later.


No surprise it takes about the same time than canister changes etc.
