IIs there any public record of iStocks earnings? They must be down also right? What I am getting at are sales just down here, or is recording broken. Is there any data for us to be abkle to compare...or are we just forever in the dark

Kind of a shame. Someone mentioned before not to bite the hand that feeds you, but in this case it works both ways doesn't it? Stock agencies rely on us just as much if not more than we rely on them.

Sales are rotten, actually only have had two OK weeks since Nov. 2012. Time is running out for me sad so say.

Calm down guys. I had 3 big sales  till 1pm eastern time today while i was rovering around under the sunshine ( after a rainny week) , is this a sign of something, anyone?

OK I do this for a living and for the past three months have been down 40-50% of my income compared to 2012. It's not getting better, I may have a few good days in a row but then nothing. If my sales are down the same % this month I have no choice but to leave. I don't expect anyone to care but I have to take care of a family. Nothing has been done about the old files in the BM pushed to high. Facts are facts and I will be fine its just a shame it has to be this way!

Well that is not true for video customers, I guess iStock just dosen't care about video!

With every "site improvement" we get lot of new bugs, problems, bad search results etc.

Instead giving "sorry" credits and discounts to pissed customers why don't IS try to hire someone who would
really improve site and make it fast and functional?

So I have been through this thread a few times now and I haven't been able to find any reasons for it to stay open. I appreciate that people want a place to complain about sales but it seems like it's a daily update from the same handful of people on how horrible everything is. I understand, I also complete see that in spite of everything that people are still hoping things will change.

One of the underlying concerns people have been referencing - here and elsewhere - is the current state of Best Match. Clearly we have been having a frank discussion about BM in the Discussion forum over the last few months. We have actually just updated the thread this week - see here. It clearly isn't entirely focused on video, which is why I started this VIDEO BM THREAD this week. Ive done this so I can start a focused discussion on the Video side of the BM issues so we can also address the concerns our Video Contributors are focused on.

I'm going to lock this thread up now. As it seems like it's becoming a catch all for a handful of contributors to just continually complain about their current experience here. Whereas the complaints and criticisms are welcome, it occurred to me that maybe we should have some clear discussions on the issues you are facing in specific threads.

Best Match - Video Edition is a starting point. If anyone has any other specific issues they would like us to open an official discussion on please contact me via Site Mail.
