This is the first camera I could lay my hand on for shooting acceptable slow motion 720HD clips. Wonderful 600mm/2.8 LEICA lens. These are just some initial clips, still getting the hang of it. Image stabiliaztion & sound remain off during slow motion recording :

Thats pretty cool,   I am interested in the just announced PX100 from JVC.  Wonder what the high frame rate modes shoot at.  Hoping for 720p or 1080p for a few seconds.

My Gopro Hero 3 Black  does 120p 720 fairly good, but it still can cause aliasing depending on the subject.  1080p 60 on it is very clean.

My clips were all in PAL so 100fps, in NTSC I would have got 120fps ... and in simple non-HD (640x480) mode as much as 240fps. Of course AVCHD format is available too, I can get at best 60fps at 1080p.


Yes, I can also feel 'aliasing depending on the subject matter'. Thanks.
