Upload limit / canister change problem

I've got mine today, after two months waiting

Well, I am waiting since mid November, i.e. more than 2 month. Still no change. Contacted support 6 or 7 times: nothing helps. Just wondering if there is anything I can do but wait?..

I've read that somebody waited for 2 months and that scared me... does anybody know whether I shall write to support or it will change by itself soon?

We are still looking into this issue. It's not possible for Contributor Relations to address this manually at the moment. I'll see what more I can find out about this on Monday.
