![]() Posted Thu Jan 17 11:03AM | I wanted to better understand the ettiquite or rules on reshooting or reediting an image that was rejected and uploading it again. Is this frowned upon as I suspect it would be, or is it okay to do so if the option to resubmit the image was not given? Where do I draw the line or is it a big gray area and dependent on the subject? Thanks for anyones help on this quesiton. |

If you have had a shot rejected with a "No resubmit", you can shoot it again and submit it as a new upload. All resubmits must be made by using the resubmit button on your my_uploads page. You can only edit and resubmit a rejected file if you were given the resubmit option but if you got a "No resubmit" rejection, then you cannot resubmit the shot, regardless of any edits made. If you have had a file given a no resubmit, but which you think can be salvaged, you can appeal to Scout to re-evaluate it and maybe overturn the decision, allowing you to resubmit it.
