As an IS exclusive videographer can I sale After Effects project files (that Maybe including some video elements) on other sites?

I've wondered about this too. I would guess that you could sell templates, but only if they don't include video file as source files.

Forrest is correct. You can sell your AE project files, but will need to keep the video source files out of it.
