are there any video opt-in/outs ?

Following the istock car crash threads in discussion about the google deal and peoples work, are there any opt-in/outs for promotional use that i cant find anywhere for video contributors so we can avoid our work being essentially given away in the same manner ?


 As i do not want any of my vids treated the same.
