I like the model, pose and styling, they all look generally fine to me. The jacket looks a little tight on her left arm (our right) though.

Technically, it's a little bit noisy, maybe it was underexposed and you've brightened it to try correct this? It's not shot at a very high ISO, but why you shot it at 320ISO in studio conditions and used f/18 is a bit of a mystery. Anything above f/11 on many lenses sees the image getting softer due to diffraction and I'd certainly try keep it under f/16 if you can. As it's not an isolated image, I don't think opening up to f/11 would do any harm and would have allowed you to use a lower ISO and therefore had less noise too.

If possible, I'd aim for a little more separation between the model and the background, so her shadow isn't so prominent.

White balance looks a touch green/cyan.
