Does anyone have a photo of an optical phenomen called light pillars?. it will be used in an online editorial article (not for commercial use) on general information about light pillars, which are generally seen in cold, arctic regions. Here's more information on light pillars: they are an optical phenomena where columns of light can be seen emanating from below of above a light source.
The purpose of the article is to inform people about what light pillars are.
I've seen those but didn't know they were called light pillars -they are amazing, I didn't find any photos here, but there are maybe some somewhere here? this is the closest I found, but wrong look:
