It was rejected for the image on a TV. I wonder if there is any level of blur that would still suggest the action (football game) and be acceptable for iStock?


Also, can we buy stock image here, blur it and incorporate it into our work?

Nope...you state upon upload that you own copyright to everything in the image. The TV broadcast is copyrighted, and licensing a file here does not extend the copyright to you. Sorry...it's definitely not an easy subject to tackle.
