Keywords order

I uploaded a file yesterday and it got accepted within 6-8 hours of uploading (File #22950736) Below are the orders of keyword I entered and the orders I actually see when I view the image. Why there is such a change? It is a picture of pomegranate and I wanted it to be first keyword and now it appears as almost last. It is happening to my other images as well. I would like to know the reason. Thanks in advance.

You don't decide on the order of keywords.

Over time, the order of the keywords will change to reflect which keywords are used to find your image.

Quite how well this system is working while views are not recording properly, I don't know.
