Errors were encountered:

• The HD video's FPS / dimensions does not seem to match any of our acceptable videos for Royalty Free.
  Your uploaded video: 
  FPS: 30;
  Dimension: 1920 x 1020;
• The HD file is not in a HD 1080/720 format.

My clip length is just under 30 sec. What am I missing? Sorry to ask the obvious, but can I not upload 1920 X 1020 files - Time Lapse shot with Canon 5D MkII. ( Photo-Jpg compression - Quality 90) 

Maybe the frame rate need to be 29.97, but I don't think so. Are you sure that you video is under 30 seconds? If it's exactly 30 seconds, it causes an error.

Also, Quality 90 is too low. It should be between 95% and 98%.

Maybe 29.24 registers as 30 sec  Man I hope you're right! I'll give it a go.... Thanks so much for the idea Forrestbro.

Your resolution is wrong! the file size needs to be either:


1920 X 1080


or


1080 X 720


Your file size is wrong 1920 X 1020 - Thats why they are rejected. So export it again with the above resolutions! You can either make your video a tiny bit larger (higher) or down size it!

Thanks Spencer and Martin. Managed to upload the file after changing composition settings in Adobe After Effects to HDTV 1080 25fps. We'll see if it makes it through....
