EL sale royalty not added

I just got a EL sale for $93 but my balance only moved around $7 which maybe unrelated ie PP or Getty. Also I'm used to seeing the yellow EL bar go up automatically in the stats but this doesn't show yet. This is the file: 18031557


 

There's an acknowledged issue with EL stats, as noted here:

Others have reported delays in the yellow bar appearing too.

Thank you for pointing this out. I should have looked this up first. This known issue doesn't mention the balance not being adjusted properly, is this a possibly new issue?

Possibly. Just be sure, this was a proper EL wasn't it and not just a legal guarantee one?

Just noticed something interesting, the sale time is 11:21 AM mtn time which is about 2 hours ahead.... Since then I've gotten regular sales which time stamp is accurate. This could be the explanation, I'll just see if the money comes in at that time.

Great - please do let us know what happens. Any more details we can have on such quirky behaviour may help to pin down what the issue is.

Ok false alarm, the sale was a regular license that was posted a little later and I mistakenly took an older EL with a similar date for it. I apologies for the trouble, everything is under control

I just checked my EL stats and on one image I have several ELs listed as no.1, 2, 3 for pay as you go licenses. Under no. 3. there is 0.00$ listed?!

What 0.00$ means for an EL? Why is it listed at all if it's 0$?
