Executive decisions can take a long time (months) to come. If you fear your file may have fallen off the edge of the earth, you could also open a support ticket, just to make sure that the file hasn't fallen down any cracks in the iStock sofa.
I had the same thing for a few months, contributor relations couldn't help, then I just canceled it and uploaded again. It was delt with in a few days then.
Same problem here. Referred it to support but got that lame off-the-shelf answer that some files need be inspected by higher authority blah. We know that. But a file stuck in this queue since 18 Jan while other files are inspected within hours does not seem right.
