How can I contact Getty?

I need to contact them about one of my images, because it doesn't have any keywords listed. I tried with image.questions @ getty, like before, but I received automated email saying that I should contact them through Contributor Portal. But since I'm not there, I cannot open Contributor portal... What should I do now?

They gave us this e-mail address a while ago to direct questions with images outside of IS.

I tried it with one of my E+ images on Getty that does not have any keywords and i got the run around and the image still does not have keywords, going on 2 months now.
