I've just received the buyers newsletter promoting the fact that we can now redownload previously purchased files. This is great news. I know a lot of buyers who will be very happy with this. Go to 'my account', 'download history' and there is a nice download link for everything one has ever bought. Don't know how long it's been there, but its appreciated. Thanks.

We have been listening. We hope to be able to continue to provide some much needed attention to a number of areas on the site. It's clear announcing this in the forums was considered but with the current climate in here it didn't seem approproate. We are glad you noticed.

I should mention the pop up indicating that the buyer has 24 hours to re-download the file should cache out over the next day.

Is there an option to upgrade images?  As a contributor, I have noticed that files have sold in a small size, then larger....  I'm guessing that designers are giving their clients a few lowres options before they download larger files for final placement.  It seems fair to buyers that if they buy an image but it's not large enough, they should be able to upgrade and pay only the difference.
