Has the exclusivity programme been closed to new applicants?


Anyone applying now gets told their dls are zero so they do not qualify.

It has been that way for a while.  The normal response is to contact support.

It's an on off bug we've been having. iStock is definitely open to exclusive applicants.

I wrote to the support but the answer was: "Unfortunately yes you do have to wait, our team is fixing this issue and hopefully will be fixed shortly." 


I see that bug pretty always off instead on and so, is there another way to request? (my canister level isn't updated yet)

Let me see if there's any news on a fix, but as far as I know, there's no way to manually address this.

I am also waiting for this fix since Jan 22.


The support told me that they can't opt me into exclusivity manually. So I check more than 10 times a day if the bug is fixed But it is still not working.


I hope it will be fixed soon
