How do I keyword the background

How do I keyword the background, it is out of focus city lights. http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-22997942-confident-businessman-standing-with-his-arms-crossed.php



I tried 'blurry lights' but there is no disambiguation for it. I also tried 'city lights', which is really not a good description either and there is no disambiguation for it.

Defocused seems to be the word of choice for this look. Blurred and Bokeh both disambiguate to Defocused.
