Getty site downloads

sorry if this is in another thread, but I couldn't find an answer after searching the forum posts.


 


Do downloads/licences of E+ content purchased from the Getty show up on the My Uploads page?

No, you need to go to the file close-up page, go to the bottom, Administration, View file download history and look for the purple bars

Thanks for the replies and reminding about the areas to look. I am a little confused since I have been seeing jumps in my balance without any new downloads on the 'my uploads' page. Nor have I seen any purple bars in my graph since mid December.


Are these jumps GI sales coming through?
